OUR STORY

Like our cultural traditions, the Indian food palette also changes every few miles. Right from the Biryanis & Chole Kulches up North to Rasams and Idiyappams in the South and everything in between. The unifying factor in all these sub-cuisines, if we may, is the ‘desi’ness of the food. The spices for these recipes have been perfected over centuries and passed from generation to generation. We have captured this ‘desi’ness of the taste and aroma in the line-up of various masalas to deliver the authentic Indian flavours in the form of ‘SWAROMA’. The ingredients for Swaroma spices are sourced from the desi farmlands which plays a significant role in the product recipe.
